Profy Countdown Timer: Visible on Live site
Where joy belongs
to everyone
Euforie-se’s Folia was born from the contagious energy of the third edition of Euforie-se in 2024, which brought the “micareta” theme and made Deaf leadership shine like never before. The strength of that experience was so intense that it naturally evolved into something new: a party of its own, fully aligned with our identity and our way of celebrating.
In Brazil, Carnival is more than a party, it’s a deep part of our culture, living art. But have you ever stopped to think about how many of these celebrations are truly accessible for everyone? Where are the interpreters, the visual resources, the vibrations designed for those who experience the world differently?
Euforie-se’s Folia is here to change that story with lightness, creativity, and plenty of axé. The first edition will take place in Rio de Janeiro and promises to be a gathering where fun and the right to belong walk hand in hand.
Here, the Deaf community isn’t the audience: they are the protagonists of their own celebration.

Beyond
the Folia Tour
At our very first Folia, we had the special support of Juliete Silva, a Deaf tour guide.
Juliete offers unforgettable and accessible tours in Libras and International Sign, exploring Rio de Janeiro with itineraries such as the Rocinha and Vidigal favelas, and the Morro Dois Irmãos trail.
In 2026, make the most of your trip to discover even more of Rio.
Book a tour with her before or after the party, send her a direct🡥!

CIACS at the Folia: Art & Culture
We are also partnering with CIACS – Center for the Integration of Deaf Art and Culture 🡥 which was founded in 1983 with the mission of bringing Deaf and hearing artists together in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Together, we will host a Deaf culture soirée with competitions for Deaf artists during the Pre-Folia da Euforie-se, offering prizes for the best performances, on Friday, February 20, 2026.
Will you join us in person?
